Workforce planning for a rail-construction company

A web app with four roles (dispatch, site management, HR, staff): jobs are dragged onto crews and early, late or night shifts, a traffic-light system shows each department’s status, leave blocks the board automatically and staff see their personal two-week plan on their phone. A daily crew report goes out by email automatically; transports, hotels and subcontractors are billed straight from the job.
